When requesting exclusive technical demonstrations, asset auditing, or fleet volume evaluations, we collect primary corporate identifiers, including organization name, IT infrastructure metrics, current hardware fleet volume, and administrative contact data.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & NETWORK SAFEGUARDS

During the deployment of Systems Integration protocols (such as PaperCut, central print management software, and secure scan-to-cloud directories), our engineers do not store, access, or log internal corporate document data or end-user print contents. Our integration parameters are limited strictly to metadata indexing, driver deployment, and hardware fleet authentication. All network schemas and server pathways provided by your IT Director remain fully siloed and encrypted.

DCS enforces a non-disclosure framework across all organizational levels.
