All procurement acquisitions, structured fleet leases, and managed print service commitments executed with DCS represent binding enterprise-level agreements. Due to the rigorous, multi-point pre-dispatch workshop calibration and specific hardware optimization performed by our Certified Field Engineers, signed commercial acquisitions are non-refundable once architectural site delivery or software driver integration has commenced.

CONTRACT TERMINATION & PRO-RATED SETTLEMENTS

Early termination parameters for long-term fleet leases or system maintenance commitments are governed exclusively by the specific clauses detailed in your primary Service Level Agreement (SLA). Authorized cancellations will undergo a comprehensive asset audit by an assigned Account Manager. Settlements or pro-rated technical balances will be calculated strictly based on verified engine copy volumes and hardware depreciation metrics.

DEPOT CALIBRATION & INTAKE PROTOCOLS

In the highly exceptional event that a hardware component swap is authorized under our elite 2-Year Replacement Warranty, the core machinery return must follow strict industrial intake protocols. DCS logistics teams will oversee the secure on-site decommissioning, data sanitization of internal print server drives, and structural transit back to our central engineering facility at no additional asset cost to the enterprise.
